Loved using the barbecue facilities, but be careful not to burn the pizza in the oven. The free shuttle service to the beach was nice, I felt like royalty. The daily manager's reception made me feel important, even though I didn't know anyone there.
Such a shame they didn't have a card machine, how inconvenient to have to pay cash.

I loved the hotel staff, they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. It was very easy to take a tuctuc to the beach and surrounding areas.
Everything was great.

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious boutique resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The chef prepared delicious meals for me in various romantic locations around the property. The pool area was stunning, especially at night with its beautiful lighting. The thatched outdoor bar hidden away in the garden was a great spot to relax and watch international TV. The overall security was excellent, with a 24/7 Masai guard at the gate. I felt completely taken care of and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special and luxurious stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

the hotel was slightly secluded, providing a peaceful environment away from the crowds. Our room was spacious, well, maintained, and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. the staff was attentive and accommodating, while breakfast was delicious and served in the lovely gardens. We also enjoyed the vast, well, maintained pool.
It must be noted that some taxi drivers are not familiar with the exact location of the hotel, which may lead to confusion during transportation.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to go out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was also a great start to the day, with delicious local dishes that were freshly prepared. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that they were tidied up every day.
The insect situation in the rooms wasn't great, with mosquitos and other bugs making an unwelcome appearance. the swimming pool also looked dirty and not well-maintained, which was a shame as it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel.

Stunning Grounds and Spacious Rooms
The resort was set amidst lush gardens and had stunning grounds that were spacious and immaculately maintained. The rooms were also impressive, with spacious quarters and excellent attention to detail. the resort was conveniently situated in a prime location with easy access to several amenities.
Despite the beautiful facilities and the excellent location, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and showed a lack of urgency in resolving customer issues.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
